Upgrade to 2.6.4 and use the new tarballs on GitHub. Remove patches which have been merged upstream. The new releases of Flex bootstrap differently, but the bootstrapping code isn't entirely cross-friendly yet so depend on flex-native and pass --disable-bootstrap.
