The driver ignores MIPI_DSI_CLOCK_NON_CONTINUOUS, and always uses non-continuous clock. Fix this by using MIPI_DSI_CLOCK_NON_CONTINUOUS and at the same time, drop ddr_clk_always_on field which seems pretty useless.
